If you finish PTD in Texas and you want a government job will it show I was convicted or that charges were dropped.

Prior military veteran was my first offense class a misdemeanor was give PTD completed it and now trying to get job at prison wanting to know my chances

Answer

If you successfully completed your per-trial diversion, your case should have been dismissed, so no conviction was entered. However, unless a petition for expunction was filed and granted, any governmental agency will be able to find out about the arrest and filing of the charges. Talk with a local attorney about the expunction.
