Have an engaging in criminal organized activity in love how do we get married

Answer

You must have your attorney approach the Judge and request the stay away order be removed, or you risk going to jail. You cannot just decide that, since you are in love, you can disregard a court order. Getting married in another State will NOT wipe out the Judge’s prior order; in fact, it will be evidence you have committed a violation and make it easier for the District Attorney to put you in jail.
