If you have a gps ankle monitor and you go to rehab will they arrest you?

The gps will get cut off while he is in treatment there for violating the monitor contract.

Answer

Violating the GPS restrictions imposed by the Judge in your case will cause a warrant to issue for your arrest. Before you go to rehab, have your attorney approach the Judge, explain your situation and request permission to vary from the restrictions imposed BEFORE a warrant is issued.
