I’m a 15 year old girl and I like this boy i was born June 13 2000 he was born November 4 1996 witch makes him 19 is it illegal for me to date him or can he get in trouble if someone called the cops if I was to date him

Answer

Any sexual contact between the two of you will be a felony offense on his behalf, even if you give consent. The age of consent in Texas is 17, so if someone calls the police, he could go to prison. It will NOT be a defense to the case if you state he had your permission.
