It is illegal do transfer and/or display images of what you describe to anyone under 18 years of ages. The statutes controlling such conduct are listed in Texas Penal Code Sections 43.24, 43.25, & 43.26. There are some defense to prosecution, however, depending on the relationship between the parties and their age differences. As a personal aside, I advise all my clients not to send any pictures, texts or images that you would not want to see on YouTube. People can fall into a false sense of privacy when transmitting things electronically, and these things have a way of showing up years later when you least expect it.
