I pleaded guilty for a drug charge but feel I wasn’t represented right and judge reset for sentencing can I withdrawal plea

Answer

It’s POSSIBLE to withdraw the plea, but you will need a definitive, specific reason to do so. “Wasn’t represented properly” is pretty nebulous. If the Judge does allow you to withdraw the plea, do NOT expect a better plea bargain offer from the DA. Your case will be set for trial. If you are found not guilty, great, but if you are found guilty, you may be sentenced to jail. Talk with local attorneys about your case PRONTO.
