i have a warrant out for my arrest for a mtrp its my 3rd one on deferred adjudication injury to a child by reckless causing my son 2nd degree burns by being left in the tub with supervision my question is that if i go in to court and show them proof of me having finished classes and i have all my payment money is there a chance i wont gets revoked or am is there a chance it will get revoked all my mtrs are the same for missing appointments also what time i looking at with my case

There is a chance of either scenario occurring. You should hire an attorney and have a plea bargain negotiated. For example, if the State is steadfast that your probation be revoked and you do jail time, DON’T pay the balance of the fines and costs unless paying the money will reduce your time served. Much will depend on the recommendation your probation officer files with the court. You need to find out what that is before you go in front of the Judge.
