Is the system accusing you guilty before having a fair trial? I got an attorney and hired my own bail company. They placed me on probation while my trial is set till next year. Can someone explain??

You are technically not on probation. Certain counties have their probation department, however, monitor certain conditions of bond. For example, if you must have a breathalyzer on your car, have a GPS monitor or other specific conditions of bond, it will be the probation department that will keep track of compliance with the bond conditions. It may feel like probation because of your bond conditions, but it’s not.
