Well right now I’m 14 and he’s 16 but in two years he would be 18 and I would be 16(no sex just yet were planning for when I turn 18 cuz we don’t want it to be illegal)

Answer

It is impossible to know exactly what will happen in 2 years, but of you want the current law on this subject, see Texas Penal Code Section 22.011 – Sexual Assault and Section 21.11 – Indecency with a Child.
