A 16 year old boy manipulated my granddaughter into having sex. He was 16 and she was 14.
I am trying to get her moved out of the school because the boy is obsessed with her. He is a cutter and suicidal. They won’t let her change schools.

Answer

Children under 17 do not have the capacity under the law to consent to sex. You may contact the police and file an incident report. How the police proceed is within their discretion.
