My Husband has been in a detention center for the past 41 month he’s in for conspiracy but all that where indited have plead guilty, and are ready for sentencing but for the past 2 years they have been postponing or doing continuance.

Which side is requesting the resets, the State, your husband’s attorney or has the court reset the case on its own motion? There is no specified length of time in any statute where a case has to be tried, but your husband has a constitutional right to a speedy trial.
