Is there any way to keep two speeding tickets off my driving record so my insurance won’t go up?

3 months ago I got a speeding ticket. I’m currently on probation for that ticket, but today I got another speeding ticket. Is there any way I can keep both tickets off my record?

Answer

Yes, it is POSSIBLE to keep these citations from becoming convictions, but it depends on where the citations are pending (assuming you are not claiming innocence on the charges and want to plead not guilty). Contact a local attorney in the county where the citations are filed and see what your options are.
