Is this a class C Misdemeanor what should I be ready for? time in jail? or will I have to pay a fine what are my options?

Yes, I been charged with DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP/W/O FIN RES I was arrested !

This sounds like a class b misdemeanor, but the State has the option on whether to file this case as enhanced or not. You should have been given paperwork by police. If you were stopped, given a citation that directs you to appear at a municipal court, then released, you were probably charged with a class c misdemeanor. If you were arrested, taken to the county jail, had to post a bond and you have to appear at a county criminal court, you were charged with a class b misdemeanor. Let a local attorney review your paperwork and discuss your options. Also, have that attorney review your license situation with the Department of Public Safety so your license can get cleared.
