My boyfriend been in jail 2 months and he didn’t pay his PR bond last year but he has a Court date on the 31st but his lawyer wants to reinstate his personal bond And let him out on the 31st until his next court date which is a week or 2 from the 31st do you think the judge will grant the PR bond or revoke it?

What does his attorney tell you? What is your boyfriend charged with? How long has the case been pending? Is the case going to trial or be resolved by plea bargain? The decision to reinstate a bond is totally discretionary with the Judge and depends on the facts of the case and reason for the bond forfeiture. You boyfriend’s attorney will know best.
