Can an inmatego to court and sign for probation and plea bargain and stuff and get released without a PSI ?

Answer

An inmate CAN be released after a probation plea is agreed to and entered while awaiting the pre-sentence investigation, but it is up to the discretion of the Judge if he/she WILL allow the inmate to be released before the PSI is completed and the plea is finalized.
