My husband was denied parole for the second time how long do we have to wait for his release

Answer

Parole is not a given. You can only be assured that he will not be in jail longer than his 5 year sentence. You should review the parole panel’s review of your husband’s case, see the factors why he was denied parole, and attempt to address those reasons for denial before his next review date.
