At the time my daughter was 15 and now she is 32. She was raped at the age 15 by a guy that was in his 20. she has a son and people are saying that her son looks like his baby girl. He is now in prison here in Texas, and the child mother is in jail how can I ask the court to do a DNA on him to see if he is the father of my grandson. I been having my grandson for 15 years and now I need to know

You will have to obtain a court order for the DNA testing. Was the alleged father charged with sexually assaulting your daughter? If not, does your daughter want to pursue criminal charges? If not, you will have to file a civil suit to establish paternity, but your daughter will have be make the request, or at least help once the petition is filed. You should contact a family law attorney,
