Ok okay say if somebody got indicted on possession of a controlled substance for the first time drug charge what’s going to hap?

I got indicted on possession of controlled substance over one under 4 it was a gram and a half didn’t even know I had it because I got GHB where I was at and I left my car somewhere and I woke up in a field in a field in a field this is my very first drug what’s going to happen charge in my life

Answer

No one can predict the final outcome of your case, but you are facing felony charges. The degree of the felony depends on the drug alleged (see Texas Health & Safety Code Section 481.100 et seq). You will have to retain an attorney, discover the evidence the State has against you and go over your options.
