Asked 4/23/2016 – Allen, TX

My Husband has submitted a Writ 11.07 to the Judge and county that he was sentenced. Online it shows that the Writ was filed and letter sent to the D.A….does this mean that the Judge is possibly going to grant the 11.07 and allow my Husband to go to court and plead his case?

Answer

The online note has no bearing on the Judge’s ruling will be on the writ. The court has received the writ and will proceed accordingly. I know you are anxious, but at this point nothing has essentially changed in your husband’s case.
