If I’m on probation for family violence it’s a misdemeanor and got drug tested this morning but I drank 7 beers last night but I’m drug free but dent pass the alcohol test what’s the worst that can happen?

If “no alcohol” was a condition of your probation and the UA sample provided indicates you violated ta condition of probation, a motion to revoke your probation can be filed, a warrant can be issued for your arrest and you may be sentenced to jail. If consumption of alcohol is not a violation of your probation, then you have nothing to worry about.
