My husband has been in jail for a year and 2 month he should be seeing parole in 3 more months can he get out

Answer

Your husband is eligible for parole after serving one half of his sentence, but parole is not a given. It is discretionary with the parole board if he will be granted parole on his first eligibility date. With an aggravated offense, it is questionable.
