Asked 2/8/2016 – Plano, TX

I was arrested for a 48.02(2)pc DIP in Plano texas even thought this is a class three misdemeanor. Should I be representative by council?

Answer

You are charged with a class c misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of up to $500 plus court costs. If you are going to contest this matter, you should retain an attorney. At the very least, call a local attorney to discuss the options available to you.
