Im currently going through pre trial for DWI. I blew a .081. Decent field sobriety tape. I got stopped for failing to maintain a lane

Answer

It depends on what your case is reduced to. If it is reduced to a class c misdemeanor and all you have to do is pay a fine, then, no, you will not be on probation. This is unlikely, however. If the charge against you is “reduced” to an obstruction of a highway, the charge you face is still a class b misdemeanor which carries probation possibilities. Whether you end up on probation depends on what you and your attorney agree to (or what a Judge and/or jury decides after a trial)
