What will be the outcome of violating felony probation. I’ve had 5 dirty ua’s in 2 1/2 years. I’m on probation for fraud use of a id less than 5. I received 4 years deferred probation. I’ve completed my community service, paid all fees, and I was put in a put patient drug class and finished it. Now I have a new p.o and he’s really mean and I think he’s going to revoke me. I’m in court 184 I’ve heard she’s really tough. I really just want to be off I don’t care if it’s on my record, I just want my life back. I can’t afford to keep paying them, I’m trying to finish school. Could a lawyer help me get off, even though I ‘ve violated.

Answer

Yes, you should hire a lawyer before your probation is revoked; it’s harder to seek counsel while you are in jail. You have not complied with all the terms of your probation, so it will be virtually impossible to discharge your probation early/ I recognize that you want to be off probation and want your life back, but that puts you in the same group as every other person in America who is on probation, Don’t post on-line how you can’t afford to keep paying probation. Your Judge will ask about how your drug habit affects your budget. With 5 positive UA’s you are probably looking at in-patient drug treatment. Get an attorney soon.
