i have just finish up a jury trail and I lost my case, But I want to have more of an investation because I won twice over a judge before but I know I was cheated on the other side

Answer

Immediately after a trial has ended, if the jurors want to stay and talk with the parties, it is their prerogative. The Defendant does NOT have the right to obtain the jurors contact information, like phone numbers and addresses, for fear of harassment and intimidation. Do NOT attempt to contact any of the jurors who entered a guilty verdict in your case, or you will be looking at further criminal charges. If you want to appeal the verdict, contact a local attorney.
