I was involved in a organized crime case for just being there. two people I was with stole a truck than a day later I was in that truck with him an he stole something from another county. The truck had a GPS an they pulled us over I never knew anything was stolen but still caught charges because I was there. I got arrested for one county. But it’s been nearly 9 months an i have gotten no warrent for the other county.

The bond company who got you out of jail will receive notice of any court date, so stay in contact with them. You should get in touch with a local attorney BEFORE the case is filed and goes to the Grand Jury. He/She can prepare a packet to present to the Grand Jury, and hopefully avoid a case being filed against you. Be proactive; don’t just wait and hold your breath.
