Can you regain your 2nd ammendment rights after over 30 years of law abiding living?

Answer

I’d like a little more information. What was the offense you were charged with? What was the disposition of the case? If you are a convicted felon, you must obtain a pardon from the Governor to remove your disabilities as a felon. It is a popular misconception that a conviction can be removed from someone’s record merely due to the passage of some period of time. A final conviction is just that, a final conviction
