Was arrested the 5th of July, I had a solid gram of concentrated marijuana along, with a “giga wax, which is an e cig like vaporize for specifically concentrated marijuana. They only charged me for the substance not the e cig, my charge is possession of a controlled substance 1-4 grams. I know for a fact it was just one gram. This is my first offense. My main concern is I don’t want to do any prison time. What is most likely to happen?
