Question is re: my wife. One month ago today she was held against her will and feared for her safety. She is a supervisor in the Radiology dept, while in her managers office, the manager blocked her only exit and refused to let her out of the office. My wife pleaded with the manager to be let leave the office and the manager refused on 4 pleadings. My wife is 58yrs old and 5’4″, the manger who is female is 6′ and ` 200lbs. This has been reported to HR, but no investigation open as far as we know

File an incident report with the local police department where the event occurred. It will be up to the investigator assigned to the case to determine whether criminal charges will be filed.
