I was on probation and got staph infection and p.o told me not come in and i also informed her that i moved . Gave a doctor note then little while later they arrested me but within that time i became homeless lost my job and gave up on life messed up and did drugs one time. Failed drug test and In court she lied and they don’t care that i had staph and almost died. Now got four months of weekends. Thanks Nathan Mott

I don’t know exactly the question; it seems like everything has already been finalized. You would have been fine about not reporting during your illness, but you can’t use that setback to justify your drug use. I don’t know what you were sentenced for, I don’t know what your criminal history is, and I don’t know what your maximum exposure is, so I can’t advise as to what your next step should be. If you had an attorney on your case, speak with him/her. If you didn’t, talk with one soon.
