A couple years back my grandpa got screwed over by a judge that was friends with my grandpa’s ex-girlfriend that said my grandpa sexual assaulted her daughter..
They went to court and judge plead guilty but no evidence wasn’t turned in & with doctors reports our lawyer said the little girl was perfectly fine the lawyer we had is nowhere to be found and neither is that paper saying the little girl didn’t get raped the judge got fired because of Sentencing Everyone the max his release date is the year 2163 he’s been there since 2011 I believe I need him home where he belongs he doesn’t deserve to be punished for something he didn’t do

It is obvious your grandfather was found guilty of the offense. Did he have a trial or did he enter into a plea bargain. Were any appeals filed? I will assume no, and you may be out of luck. If there is no pending appeal, contact the Innocence Project on-line and see what they can do.
