I have a warrant in Texas and I have one in Humble for not appearing in court

Answer

I assume the warrant is for a ticket you were issued by the Humble Police Department. Go on-line and search for the Municipal Justice Bar Association of Harris County. You can obtain a list of attorneys who deal with this issue on a regular basis.
