He has fallen so many times in jail that he is completing of a constant headache since he fell and hit his head and he has written down each time when he falls and I have all the papers

Also contact his private doctor about the situation and determine if a private evaluation can be performed. I would also have your husband’s attorney send letters to the court and the sheriff’s department, notifying them of your husband’s condition and the potential problems that may arise.
