Sexual assault. Is the sex offender allowed to have kids? If so what are the rules in that? Can the sex offender have his/her own business if someone gives it to them? Can a sex offender live with the victim and get married?

It is impossible to describe in 4000 characters the entire requirements and restrictions imposed upon convicted sex offenders. Such a person can own a business as well as get married, but see Article 62 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for details on sex offender registration and accompanying duties.
