Hello, I got a citation of a class b misdemeanor and a charge of paraphernalia, but it’s my first offense. I took the blame but I wasn’t doing it.

A class b misdemeanor is punishable by a fine of up to $2,000, confinement in jail for up to 180 days, or a maximum probationary period of up to 24 months. Possession of drug paraphernalia is a class c misdemeanor, punishable by fine only (up to $500).
