Highway patrol in Sacramento gave me a reckless driving ticket for my tires making nose while performing a-turn and turning in a parking lot. I forgot about the ticket until I found it a couple days ago and it’s now past the date to appear, what do I do now?

You will have to contact an attorney in California to determine your options regarding the citations you received in Sacramento. If you do not resolve those citations, however, California has the option of notifying the Department of Public Safety in Austin that you have outstanding tickets in their state; the DPS would then suspend your Texas driver’s license until notice was received from California that you had finalized the cases.
