Husband was not going to get released but detainer got cancelled he was released but three months later pick up on warrants for sane detainer that were cancelled

Answer

The question is whether the warrants that caused the detainer were valid or not. It COULD be that at the time of your husband’s first arrest, the warrants could not be confirmed so he was released (the warrants may not have been “cancelled”); three months later, the warrants were active, confirmed and caused your husband’s arrest. It will take some investigation to determine exactly what occurred in your husband’s case, so I suggest you start talking with local attorneys.
