Well blood result came back my HUSBAND was not intoxicated, thats good bad news thiers sending the blood back to lab to see if thier is drugs in his system , Can they do this? What more can me take with the system that are mainly trying to mess up our lifes I mean we got kids that are going threw this as well

The State DOES have the right to determine whether your husband operated a motor vehicle without the normal use of his mental or physical faculties due to intoxication. Intoxication can be due to substances other than alcohol. If the test comes back clean for drugs, you guys should be OK. I understand this is a difficult time for your family, but try to be patient.
