My 17 yr old daughter was ticketed for possession of drug paraphernalia. What should we do?

This is a class c, misdemeanor, punishable by fine only, maximum of $500 plus court costs. You may contact a criminal defense attorney or any attorney who practices in the local municipal of justice of the peace courts.
