Asked 7/21/2016 – San Antonio, TX

I have 2 federal EOC cases, they are in 2 different jurisdictions, I have attempted to have them consolidated and that is pending. I made contact with the AJ assigned to my San Antonio Case, 3 years later and was told Orders will be issued on that case.
What should I expect these orders to offer. My case has been assigned to this particular AJ for over a year. The AJ also stated “However due to back log you case cannot be set for hearing for several months. I am really not sure what to make of this.
I also have a different case assigned to a different AJ, but it’s been 3 years almost 3 and NO AJ is assigned at this moment.
