My husband is in Dallas county jail for theft but is first charge with criminal mischief but they didn’t indict him. Only charging him with theft

You have to contact your husband’s attorney to see if his probation was reinstated. If you go on-line to the Dallas County on-base system and enter your husband’s case number, you can see the motions and orders scanned into his case and what dispositions were made.
