What does UDS1 mean under “type” on the court docket and why is that only for 1 charge while the other 2 have PTRC ?

Got arrested for 3 different charges; 1) Poss of CS PG 1> =1G <4G 2)
Poss of Marijuana < 2oz 3) Poss of CS PG 3 < 28G

Answer

The clerks of each county have different codes and nomenclatures in their computer systems which vary from county to county. For your purposes, these notes do not matter; they are purely administrative. You should worry about what you are charged with, the punishment range for each case, and what your options are to avoid going to jail. Contact a local attorney soon.
