What happens if I drank while using in home smart start test came back saying violation?

I’ve been perfect on all tests drank 2 beers at a baseball game not driving. 1 hr later took the test it came up saying Violation. Called smart start they told me it’s set to read 0.01 alcohol level. I never knew that. Now what do is do? First time with DWI charge and waiting for my court hearing still.

Answer

No alcohol was a condition of your bond. By violating a condition of bond, you are subject to having that bond revoked, and you having to sit in jail while your case is pending. The court will be notified of the violation and you will have to appear before the Judge. Contact a local attorney soon.
