So I got caught with possession of marijuana and I went to jail I got out with a pr bond I have to report every 2 weeks I have court September 8 and I smoked it’s 4 weeks till I go in court but my pr officer has never drug tested me. Will she or how does it work

If random urinalysis is a condition of your bond, you are subject to be tested at the discretion of court personnel. You have not been found guilty or been adjudicated, so you are not on probation, but many counties have their probation department monitor conditions of bond. You will need an attorney; talk with her/him about your obligations and requirements while out on bond.
