What happens when you get kicked out from a halfway house

My son was kicked out from the halfway house due to a fight. It was on a Saturday so the probation office was closed… what will mostly likely happen when he reports on Monday

Answer

Is your son on probation or parole? If he is on probation, he is subject to having his probation revoked and being sentenced to jail. If he is on parole, he is subject to having his parole revoked and being returned to prison for the remainder of his sentence.
