I was in the clothing store with the wrong person and they were stealing and put something in my bag and I got caught with it less than $50 misdemeanor

I hope no conviction has been entered on this case; if so, there is nothing you can do to remove this matter from your criminal record (except through pardon from the Governor). Just paying the fine means final conviction, so don’t just send money to the court. If you have not appeared in court, contact a local attorney IMMEDIATELY.
