Went to visit texas got a charge but I’m not from there so I asked for a probation transfer gave them my address so I never ran and they violated my probation

Answer

A jail plea is when an inmate appear before the judge, waives his/her right to trial and accepts a plea bargain offer from the District Attorney. If you are asking what will happen if the allegations of the motion to revoke probation are fond true, The Judge can sentence you to jail for the period prescribed by law. That depends on the type of offense and type of probation you agreed to
