Asked 8/31/2016 – Lufkin, TX

I was a user and I relapsed and smoked heavily and didn’t stop using until a day before my test I know I failed but what’s going to happen I haven’t never failed and I have done all regulations for my probation and paid all fines off

Answer

If you are on probation, a positive UA could cause a motion to revoke your probation to be filed. If the allegations in the motion to revoke are found to be true, the Judge may continue your probation, modify and/or extend your probation, or revoke your probation and send you to jail. If you are on parole, a positive UA can cause you to be returned to prison for the remainder of your sentence.
