I was arrested for traffic ticket warrants out of a different city but the county sheriff’s dept. were the arresting agents therefore I went to county jail. The city where I received the tickets never came to pick me up. I was released from county.

I do not understand the question. Your arrest is recorded and if the tickets were not resolved, your driver’s license is subject to suspension or denial of renewal. Call an attorney in the county where the warrants were/are pending to see what can be done about your situation.
