What is the likely chance my husband will be arrested?

My husband was on probation for two years deferred. After being on probation for a month, he was arrested for switching tags at Wal-Mart. He has his first court date coming up and I saw off the website apps.bexar.org that DA INFO TO CCF. Which after a lot of searching I believe is his probation. How likely is it that he will be arrested for MTR?

Answer

Unless other arrangements are made, eventually a motion to adjudicate probation will be filed and a warrant WILL be issued for your husband’s arrest. Whether this will occur on, before, or after his first court date is unknown. Get with his attorney on the new case as soon as you can to see if something can be worked out regarding both matters.
